First Day Down Under

Finally, I've made it to Australia!!
It has been a long day and I am almost about to pass out from lack of sleep, but its also been a very fun day and I can't wait to see more.  Leighton picked me up at the Sydney airport this morning, (Sydney time) with only a little confusion.  Luckily the Sydney airport has free Wi-Fi so I was able to text him and figure out where we should meet.

New Munter Hitch Logo

Just finished a possible logo for the Munter Hitch company.  It was a logo I saw in Japan last summer and it really struck me as a cool simple logo.  It was on a few of the buildings in the emperors palace in Tokyo, so it has a little bit of history to it.  It still needs some work but I really like it.  Now I just got to pass it by my partner in crime ;).  The picture in the back ground is also from Japan.  I took it at about 5 in the morning from half way up Mt. Fuji.  It was a beautiful day to climb the mountain and the view from the top was awesome.

Only 3 days until i head to Australia. :D

Left 4 Dead 2

Today my brother and I got an early Christmas present.  Left 4 Dead 2 is a zombie action game where you play as a member of a four party team who has been left in an over run city.  Your team has to fight its way out of the city while thousands of the un-dead try to stop you.

Graduation

Here it is.  The Last day of school in 16 and a half years.  I was thinking about that today, as I worked fatigue and fracture mechanics problems in my final exam, and came to the conclusion that in the last 16 years I have spent around 29,000 hours in or around a class room.  That is quite a large portion of my life, and now I have to find a way to fill that void.  Once I find a job I'm sure that I will have little trouble taking up at least 8 hours a day, but until I find that job I think that possibly a new hobby is in order.
